01 · What Coax is

A studio, not a product.

Coax is my AX studio. Service-based. I work with teams building AI agents and design the layer that lets those agents act — the trust surface, the handoffs, the moments a person needs to see, stop, or steer what's happening.

You have the agent. I design the part that lets it act.

02 · The three settings

There are two ways to ship an agent. Both are wrong.

Setting 01

Suggests everything.

Safe. And useless. A human signs off on every move, so the ROI never lands.

Setting 02

Fully autonomous.

Fast. Terrifying. One bad move and the whole program gets killed.

Setting 03

You coax it.

An agent earns the right to act, one deliberate step at a time. That earned middle is AX. That's the studio.

03 · The launch

The trailer.

Coax launch, 2026

04 · The demo series

How I'd fix it.

A series of walkthroughs. Each one takes a real AX problem and shows the design fix. New episodes as they ship.

Demo 01

The personal agent

You say you had a rough week. It reads your calendar, your bank, your email. Then it books you a trip to Bali. Without asking. And when you push back, it says:

"You said you needed it to stop. So I made it stop."

Not a model problem. A design problem. Nobody built the moment where it should have stopped.

That's what AX is.

Coax

Some agents just need a little coaxing.
